TOIMITUSAJAT
Toimitusajat määräytyvät tuotekohtaisesti tuotteen saatavuuden ja lähetyksen määränpään mukaan. Varaamme oikeuden toimittaa tilatut tuotteet eri lähetyksissä.
Arvioidun toimituspäivämäärän ja toimitustavan löydät tilausvahvistuksesta, jonka lähetämme sähköpostiisi tilauksen jälkeen.
KULJETUS
Toimitamme Euroopan Unionin alueelle, mutta emme Ahvenanmaalle tai Kanariansaarille.
Tuotteemme toimitetaan kotiinkuljetuksena, jonka toteuttaa ulkopuolinen palveluntarjoaja. Kuljetus on ilmainen kuluttajille. Toimitusvaihtoehdot ovat Posti Express Rahti (Suomi) ja DHL Express (Muu EU).
Posti Express Rahti -lähetys toimitetaan noin 1–3 arkipäivän kuluessa. DHL Express -lähetyksen toimitusaika määräytyy lähetyksen määränpään mukaan Jos vastaanottaja on yksityishenkilö, Posti ja DHL ottavat yhteyttä vastaanottajaan parhaan toimitusajan sopimiseksi. Lähetykset jaetaan pääsääntöisesti klo 8-16.
Tuotteet kannetaan sisälle osoitteeseen, jonne tulee olla esteetön pääsy. Kuljetuspalveluun ei kuulu kokoaminen, muu asennustyö tai pakkausmateriaalin poisvienti, ellei tilaaja ole erikseen niitä tilannut.
Mikäli tilaaja ei ole paikalla sovittuna toimitusajankohtana, tuotteet kuljetetaan takaisin kuljetusliikkeen terminaaliin ja uudesta kotiinkuljetuksesta peritään toimitusmaksu.
Tilaajan on luovutushetkellä tarkastettava, että toimitus on sovitun mukainen ja että pakkaukset ja tuotteet ovat ulkopuolisesti vahingoittumattomia. Mikäli ostaja havaitsee toimituksessa tai tavarassa sanotun virheen, on hänen ilmoitettava siitä myyjälle kirjallisesti ja viipymättä kuitenkin viimeistään kahden (2) kuukauden kuluessa toimituksesta osoitteeseen order@poiat.com..
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are determined for each product depending on product availability and shipping destination. We reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.
You can find the estimated delivery date and delivery method in the order confirmation, which we send to your email after ordering.
TRANSPORTATION
We deliver only to the European Union countries excluding the region of Åland and the Canary Islands.
Our products are delivered as home delivery, which is carried out by an external service provider. Shipping is free for consumers. The shipping options are Posti Express Rahti (Finland) and DHL Express (the rest of the EU).
Posti Express Rahti -shipment will be delivered within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time for a DHL Express -shipment is 7–10 business day and depends according to the shipping destination. If the customer is a private individual, Posti or DHL will contact the buyer before and schedule the delivery time. Deliveries are usually delivered between 8:00–16:00.
The products are delivered inside to the destination address. The access to the delivery destination must be unhindered. The transport service does not include assembly, other installation work or removal of packaging material, unless the customer has separately ordered them.
If the customer is not there at the agreed delivery time, the products will be transported back to the carrier’s terminal and a delivery fee will be charged for the new home delivery.
At the time of handover, the customer must check that the delivery is as agreed and that the packaging and products are externally undamaged. If the buyer notices an error in the delivery or in the goods, he must notify the seller in writing and without delay, but no later than two (2) months after delivery by email to order@poiat.com.
