PALAUTUS
Tilaajalla on lakisääteinen oikeus peruuttaa verkkokaupan kautta tehty kauppa ja palauttaa hankittu tuote 14 päivän sisällä tilauksen vastaanottamisesta ilmoittamalla palautuksesta tuotteen myyjälle. Palautusoikeus ei koske tuotteita, jotka on tehty mittatilaustyönä tai muuten räätälöidysti toteutettu.
Palautetun tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja myyntikuntoinen. Kaikkien tuotteen osien tulee olla tallella. Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla pakattuna alkuperäiseen pakkaukseensa tai sitä vastaavalla tavalla.
Tuotteen tai tuotteiden palauttaminen edellyttää kirjallisen peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemistä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen order@poiat.com. Tilaajan on mainittava peruuttamisilmoituksessa tilauksen numeron.
Tilaaja maksaa palautuskuljetuksen.
RETURN
The customer has the statutory right to cancel the transaction made through the online store and return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the order by notifying the seller of the product. The right of return does not apply to products that are custom-made or otherwise custom-made.
The returned product must be unused and in salable condition. All parts of the product must be stored. The product to be returned must be packed in its original packaging or in a similar way.
Returning the product or products requires a written notice of cancellation by email to order@poiat.com. The subscriber must mention the order number in the cancellation notice.
The customer pays for return shipping.
