While both apartments shared the same era and core functional requirements, the client sought a distinct identity for each. We achieved this by introducing a fresh material palette: a new veneer for the floors and fixtures, paired with a bolder natural stone in the wet areas.

As with many of our projects, we reimagined the layout—particularly through fixed furniture, to sharpen spatial division and functionality. The most transformative change was in the entrance area, originally occupying over half the floor space. We redefined it into a more purposeful and clearly articulated entrance hall.
