TOIMITUSAJAT
Toimitusajat määräytyvät tuotekohtaisesti tuotteen saatavuuden ja lähetyksen määränpään mukaan. Varaamme oikeuden toimittaa tilatut tuotteet eri lähetyksissä.
Arvioidun toimituspäivämäärän ja toimitustavan löydät tilausvahvistuksesta, jonka lähetämme sähköpostiisi tilauksen jälkeen.
KULJETUS
Toimitamme vain Euroopan Unionin alueelle (pl. Euroopan unionin jäsenvaltioiden erityisalueet) ja Norjaan.
Tuotteemme toimitetaan kotiinkuljetuksena, jonka toteuttaa ulkopuolinen palveluntarjoaja.
Lähetys toimitetaan noin 2–5 arkipäivän kuluessa. Lähetykset jaetaan pääsääntöisesti klo 8-16.
Tuotteet toimitetaan tilaajan kotiovelle, jonne tulee olla esteetön pääsy raskaalla ajoneuvolla (toimitus ei sisällä porraskantoa). Kuljetuspalveluun ei kuulu kokoaminen, muu asennustyö tai pakkausmateriaalin poisvienti, ellei tilaaja ole erikseen niitä tilannut.
Mikäli tilaaja ei ole paikalla sovittuna toimitusajankohtana, tuotteet kuljetetaan takaisin kuljetusliikkeen terminaaliin ja uudesta kotiinkuljetuksesta peritään toimitusmaksu.
Tilaajan on luovutushetkellä tarkastettava, että toimitus on sovitun mukainen ja että pakkaukset ja tuotteet ovat ulkopuolisesti vahingoittumattomia. Mikäli ostaja havaitsee toimituksessa tai tavarassa sanotun virheen, on hänen ilmoitettava siitä myyjälle kirjallisesti ja viipymättä kuitenkin viimeistään kahden (2) kuukauden kuluessa toimituksesta osoitteeseen order@poiat.com.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are determined for each product depending on product availability and shipping destination. We reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.
You can find the estimated delivery date and delivery method in the order confirmation, which we send to your email after ordering.
TRANSPORTATION
We only deliver to the European Union (excluding special regions of European Union member states) and Norway.
Our products are delivered by home delivery, which is carried out by an external service provider.
The shipment is delivered within approximately 2–5 business days. Shipments are generally delivered between 8 am and 4 pm.
The products are delivered to the customer’s doorstep, where there must be unobstructed access for heavy vehicles (no stair-carry). The delivery service does not include assembly, other installation work or removal of packaging material, unless the customer has separately ordered them.
If the customer is not there at the agreed delivery time, the products will be transported back to the carrier’s terminal and a delivery fee will be charged for the new home delivery.
At the time of handover, the customer must check that the delivery is as agreed and that the packaging and products are externally undamaged. If the buyer notices an error in the delivery or in the goods, he must notify the seller in writing and without delay, but no later than two (2) months after delivery by email to order@poiat.com.
